Painting

• Satin and silk emulsions have a mid sheen finish and can reflect light. Silk paint is generally used for walls whereas Satin paint is used on woodwork. If your walls are not perfect then silk can show up any lumps and bumps so is best to only be used on smooth surfaces.
• Eggshell paint has less sheen than silk or satin emulsions, but gives a classy look to wood work. This paint is tough and durable and is easy to clean.
• Gloss paint is shiny and designed for woodwork. This paint reflects light and is tough, durable, stain resistant and easy to clean.
